How Does It Work?

Step 1

Take the online assessment.

You'll receive an email with instructions on how to take the short assessment. Give yourself 15 minutes to do it.

Your profile is determined by the answers you provide.

There are 4 high level personality types. Based on your answers, you profile provides 3 graphs that show how high you score in those 4 types. You are also profiles as one of 41 specific personality types.

Your 30 page report is generated and is full of insight & advice.

The report includes your profile, personalized communication tips, insight on what makes you tick, your leadership strengths, and a personal improvement plan.
